- Volumetric Measurements
- Drone Data Collection
All services are performed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and industry best practices.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of the request. Project pricing may change if:
- Project scope changes
- Additional flights become necessary
- FAA authorization is required
- Travel distance increases
- Weather causes additional site visits
- Client requests additional deliverables
Any pricing changes will be discussed before additional work begins.
3. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested dates and times. Because drone operations depend on weather and airspace restrictions, scheduling may need to be adjusted.
4. Weather & Flight Conditions
Safety is our highest priority. Flights may be postponed or canceled due to:
- Rain
- High winds
- Lightning
- Low visibility
- Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
- FAA airspace restrictions
- Unsafe site conditions
Weather-related rescheduling does not incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Obtain permission to access the property when required.
- Inform us of any site hazards.
- Ensure all requested work complies with local laws and regulations.
6. FAA Compliance
Above the Rest Drone Solutions LLC operates under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 regulations. Some locations may require:
- Airspace authorization
- Property owner approval
- Government permits
If authorization cannot be obtained, services may be delayed or canceled.
7. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment is due upon project completion.
- Large projects may require a deposit.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Deliverables may be withheld until payment has been received.

- Digital Surface Models (DSM)

Delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: The client receives a license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose. Above the Rest Drone Solutions LLC retains ownership of the original photographs, videos, maps, and digital assets.
We reserve the right to use completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
10. Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Projects canceled after significant travel or preparation may incur a cancellation fee.
11. Limitation of Liability
Above the Rest Drone Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather
- FAA restrictions
- Equipment failure
- GPS interference
- Government regulations
- Acts of nature
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
